The main message in “Charlotte’s Web” is Never Give Up. I chose “Never Give Up” because charlotte never gave up saving Wilbur. Some major themes are Friendship and Loyalty because Wilbur and Charlotte are true friends. Loyalty is also seen because Carlotte never says anything bad about Wilbur!

“Charlotte’s Web” relates to my frindship with Nicolas. It relates to Nicolas and I because when I was lonely or sad, I would ask him to play and he would say yes. That would always make me feel better! Charlottte would do the same thing with Wilbur.

I would connect “Charlotte’s Web” to a song called “Gotta Be Somebody” by Nicleback. In the song, they are looking for a friend because they are lonely. In the beginning, Wilbur was also looking for a friend because he was lonely.

E.B White uses forshadowing in the title because she says “Charlotte’s Web” so we know Charlotte is going to do something on her web. E.B White also uses a lot of adjectives and uses very descriptive words.

In “Charlotte’s Web,” I learned that even animals can have friends. I really liked the book because it had a lot of detail! I would recommend the book to anyone!
